For the Seniors and Aging who are not qualified for Medicaid Funded Program in Pennsylvania, they have the options to pay with out of pocket for professional homecare services. PERSONAL CARE

Devinecare caregivers are committed to provide exceptional personal care to our clients in their respective home.

MEAL PREPARATION

Our caregivers prepare meals to meet the dietary restrictions as detailed in the individual’s care plan of our seniors.

LIVE-IN CARE

We provide live-in care for individuals in their respective homes, people who need assistance as a result of old age, sickness, or disability. 

FAMILY CAREGIVER PROGRAM

Devinecare pay a family caregiver to take care of a loved one. This is a PA Medicaid Funded Program for the Seniors and Aging. 

RESPITE CARE

Devinecare Health Services provide care that covers the family caregivers while they are away to keep up with private issues or unavoidable circumstances. 

ERRAND SERVICE

Devinecare Health Services provide care that covers the family caregivers while they are away to keep up with private issues or unavoidable circumstances.

TRANSPORTATION

Devinecare Health Services help the seniors and clients to keep up with their regular appointments. As a reliable and dependable agency, our client’s well-being is our satisfaction.

FAMILY PORTAL

Our client’s receives a customize tablet for mutual communication and quality healthcare management.

Dementia Care

At DHS our caregivers are well trained to engage and help the individuals with dementia challenges to be safe at home, and complete their daily task. Our services are being provided in line with the individual’s care plan.

Companionship

We offer companionship care for the older adults and individuals to gain emotional support, and socialization.

MEDICATION REMINDER

Devinecare Health Services (DHS) caregivers were trained to successfully help the clients manage their medications. we step in to help our clients achieve this goal by keeping them healthy at all times.

HOME SAFETY ASSESMENT

DHS Program Specialist takes home safety assessment very serious to determine the needs and care to be provided for each of the clients.

STEP 1

Get Assessed

A nurse will visit at home to determine if you’re eligible for the PAS program. You’ll find out how many weekly hours of care you can get.

STEP 2

Choose A Caregiver

You choose a caregiver: your daughter, son, relative, or a friend. We come to your home to enroll you in the program.

STEP 3

You Get Care -- They Get Paid

You get ongoing care from a person who loves you. They get peace of mind — because they’re getting paid for the care they give.

PAS-Medicaid Funded Program help the Seniors and people with special needs enjoy the following care in the comfort of their home and community, this include:

  • Basic housekeeping and home management necessary to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
  • Shopping assistance with or without the consumer
  • Laundry including washing, drying, putting away
  • Transportation of a consumer to complete chores or keep appointments when alternative transportation services are inappropriate or unavailable.
  • Meal planning, preparation, clean up
  • Escort to medical appointments
  • Assisting consumer with ambulation and transfers.
  • Assisting with routine bodily functions, including eating, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, personal hygiene, grooming.
  • Providing health maintenance activities, such as skin care, mouth care, medication reminders.
  • Companion-type services including but not limited to assistance with transportation, letter writing, reading mail, and escorting.
  • Supervision of consumers for clients and safety
